Features: The writing goal of this book is not merely to tell candidates why the answers to past exam questions are correct and what the legal principles are, but rather to emphasize that candidates must allocate their study time and effort based on the weight of each legal regulation in the judicial exam. This is precisely the highest strategy of judicial exam preparation and also a fundamental skill for taking the exam. In terms of the book's structure, we have divided it according to the requirements of the judicial exam paper structure, with each legal department further divided into the following two parts.
Part 1: "Score Distribution and Question-Taking Patterns." This includes two key points:
1. "Score Distribution," which analyzes the distribution of scores for this legal department in recent exams and the configuration of question types.
2. "Question-Taking Patterns and Characteristics," which primarily informs candidates of the key content covered in this legal department. This is a summary of long-term judicial exam tutoring experience.
The second part is "Categorized Question Analysis." This includes both objective and subjective questions. In the objective question section, we do not categorize them by single-choice, multiple-choice, or uncertain-choice questions as in other books. Instead, we group all questions that examine the same knowledge point together, based on the knowledge system of each legal department and the knowledge points tested in past exam questions. This forms the greatest feature of this book.
