Features: The textbook "Financial Management" is primarily designed for teaching in financial and economic higher vocational colleges and technical schools, focusing on financial accounting and related majors. We strive to reflect the requirements of establishing a socialist market economy system and modern enterprise systems for financial management, while fully considering the characteristics of the teaching objectives in financial and economic higher vocational colleges and technical schools. Additionally, we ensure alignment with the content of China's recent unified CPA exams and accounting professional qualification exams. The textbook focuses on explaining the basic theories, knowledge, and methods of modern enterprise financial management, aiming to demonstrate its scientificity, inspiration, completeness, and applicability. In this revision, we have updated and modified some content based on the recent development of financial management disciplines in China and the needs of higher vocational financial education. We have also added classroom discussion questions, review questions, and case studies.
