Does this high affect pregnancy?

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: Blood test for endocrine on the fourth day of the menstrual cycle
The test results are as follows:
Testosterone (T) 3.039 ng/ml
Prolactin (PRL) 719.012 uIU/ml
Please let me know if these two test results are a bit high and what the implications are. I have been married for nine months and want to have a child. Could these high levels affect pregnancy? What treatment should I follow?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Testosterone T normal range: Male 0.52~38.17nmol/L;
Female 0.52~2.43nmol/L.
Increased levels are seen in idiopathic precocious puberty, adrenal cortex hyperplasia in children, and some adrenal cortex tumors. In males, it may be due to tumors secreting gonadotropins, choriocarcinoma during pregnancy, testicular feminization, primary hirsutism, and the use of barbiturate sedatives, clomiphene (clomifene), gonadotropins, and oral contraceptives.
Prolactin normal range: Male 3.0~14.7μg/L;
Female 3.8~23.2μg/L, postpartum 95~473μg/L.
Increased levels are seen in pituitary tumors, prolactinomas, galactorrhea amenorrhea, various hypothalamic diseases, primary hypothyroidism, renal failure, polycystic ovary syndrome, and exogenous prolactin hypersecretion. The use of thyrotropin-releasing hormone and oral contraceptives can also increase prolactin levels.
It is difficult to determine the cause, and it is recommended to check with the hospital for the underlying cause.
