By controlling the transformation of tangible resources, intangible value objectives are achieved, and the differences in resource utilization determine the differences in business outcomes. This book proposes concepts such as organizational costs, relative utility value, labor consciousness and its role, the nature and operational methods of non-asset resources, the controlling essence of management, enterprise management charts, the separation of state-owned enterprise management from state asset management, and the classification of state-owned enterprises based on utility value. It also points out areas in some management concepts, principles, and theories that require further discussion.
