Features: To adapt to the rapid development of infectious diseases and the reform needs of the medical education system, we were kindly commissioned by Tongji University Press to organize the writing of "A Guide for Examinations in Modern Infectious Diseases." Based on the new edition of the national medical college textbook "Infectious Diseases" (6th edition) published by the People's, this book retains the systematic and comprehensive nature of the discipline while highlighting common, key diseases such as viral hepatitis, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, AIDS, and typhoid fever. It also supplements relevant content on emerging infectious diseases like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and highly pathogenic avian influenza. The authors are professors and medical doctors who work at the forefront of teaching and clinical practice, with extensive experience in teaching and question-setting. During the writing process, the principle of integrating theory with practice and emphasizing practicality was followed. Compared to other published similar teaching aids, this book focuses on testing clinical knowledge and practical skills, helping readers achieve twice the result with half the effort in their review.
