Features: Happiness for the whole family, wishing that everyone in the world can become younger, healthier, and happier through eating! Nutrition is always a key to a good dish. Roman Rolland once defined happiness as "a fragrance of the soul." For each of us, happiness can truly be simple—it can be the dish we make for ourselves, for lovers, or for family. This book about food was conceived and shaped through our discussions. Simply put, it is three types of recipe books: one for individuals, one for couples, and one for families. For those who lack time to manage their lives, it acts like a prescription, transforming someone who might easily burn the pot or break the bowl upon entering the kitchen into a culinary expert in a short time. Alternatively, it can be like a secret manual, teaching how to cook delicious and nutritious dishes that are both satisfying and elegant.
For the single, it teaches how to obtain the most nutrition in the shortest time, hence the name "One Person's Healthy Fast Food." For the couple, it allows them to experience romance through food, so it is titled "Two People's Private Kitchen Dishes." For the family, it ensures that everyone from the oldest to the youngest can find something they love and should eat, so it is called "Family Happiness and Delicious Food."
The dishes we selected focus on nutritional balance, color, aroma, and flavor while also being highly practical. There are no ingredients hard to find in a home kitchen or steps that are difficult for ordinary people to follow. The book includes: mouth-watering meat dishes, meat and vegetable combinations that are endlessly delicious, and trendy vegetarian dishes.
