Features: From Flower Fruit Mountain came a stone monkey with spiritual powers, who gathered the essence of heaven and earth and learned a host of skills. He could transform into seventy-two forms, travel to the heavens and the earth, fight gods and demons. He was the Monkey King, Sun Wukong. Sun Wukong feared nothing in heaven or earth and defied authority, proclaiming himself the Great Sage Equal to Heaven and causing chaos in Heaven. Later, he was subdued by Buddha and pressed under the Five Elements Mountain. Five hundred years later, Sun Wukong was enlightened by Guanyin Bodhisattva and was tasked with protecting Tang Sanzang on his journey to the West to retrieve the True Scriptures. Along the way, he and Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing battled demons and monsters, safeguarding Tang Sanzang. The four disciples endured countless hardships and finally reached the West, retrieved the True Scriptures, and achieved enlightenment.
