Features: The general practice model is an inevitable outcome of the shift from the biomedical model to the bio-psycho-social medical model. Currently, some advanced countries have achieved remarkable accomplishments. China is also actively establishing a social general practice system. To support this effort, we have compiled the New Comprehensive General Practitioner Handbook for reference by grassroots general practitioners. This handbook comprehensively and systematically elaborates on over 600 common clinical diseases, emphasizing the two main parts of diagnosis and treatment. The content is concise, up-to-date, and practical. In line with the characteristics of primary healthcare, most diseases include Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, and folk remedies. The entire book is divided into four parts with 50 chapters: Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Symptoms and Critical Illnesses, Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases, Auxiliary Examinations and Diagnostic Techniques, and Clinical Medications.
