Each sub-series provides a detailed analysis of the main economic legal issues and is self-contained. Urban community administrators should master these legal knowledge closely related to urban community management activities. This book is aimed at a broad audience of urban community administrators, striving to simplify complex content into easily understandable language to facilitate their understanding and mastery.
To enhance the Party's governance capacity and achieve a well-off society and a harmonious society, the Party Central Committee has proposed the requirement of "large-scale training for cadres and significant improvement in their quality" and is implementing the "National Cadre Training Plan for the 11th Five-Year Plan." A key component of this plan is the training of cadres at all levels and various types of managers in WTO rules and economic laws. Urban communities are the residential areas of cadres at all levels and various types of business managers. Urban community administrators should serve as defenders of the economic interests of cadres and business managers within their communities, thereby recognizing the importance of economic laws and consciously learning and mastering economic legal knowledge.
In light of this, as China's economic laws are gradually revised and following the convening of the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee and the 4th Session of the 10th National People's Congress, it is necessary to compile a series of books to popularize economic laws for the reference and study of urban community administrators. This is the original intention and purpose behind the compilation of "The Economic and Legal Handbook for Urban Community Administrators."
The "Market Economy Guarantee Rules" include legal knowledge such as the Product Quality Law, Environmental Protection Law, Labor Law, and Guarantee Law. The content of this book includes four major parts: Product Quality Rules, Environmental Protection Rules, Labor Rules, and Guarantee Rules.
