Can you get pregnant with cervical erosion, mycoplasma, and chlamydia?

Patient's question:

Hello doctor, I went to the hospital for a check-up last month, and the doctor said I had cervical erosion and was also infected with mycoplasma and chlamydia. After that, I underwent treatment for half a month and was cured. We thought it was okay to have intimate relations, so this month I noticed that my period has not come yet. The hospital check-up said I was pregnant. So I want to ask the doctor, can I keep this child?
Additional question: Doctor, I would also like to mention that I always have some mild abdominal pain. Is this due to the treatment for that disease?

Doctor's answer:

It is best to seek treatment first and avoid spicy or irritating foods. Pay attention to hygiene in the genital area. Antibiotics should be taken and applied under the guidance of a doctor to prevent the overuse of antibiotics, which may lead to prolonged recovery. A positive test result for Chlamydia and Mycoplasma alone often does not indicate a pathological condition. Repeated treatment may cause vaginal itching and possible dysbiosis. In such cases, discontinue all medications and avoid vaginal washing, and symptoms usually improve within a week. If the condition does not improve, a colposcopy and bacterial culture should be performed, followed by targeted treatment, which will resolve the issue. Generally, it does not affect fertility. It is best for both partners to undergo treatment simultaneously.
