Features: The protagonist Herman is a paranoid and self-righteous character. In a story, he narrates how he tricked a man who looked almost exactly like him—“a carbon copy” in appearance—to go into the forest and kill him, then had his wife collect the insurance money, a story of his “genius imagination.”
