Features: Often, leaders complain: "It's hard to manage Chinese people!" Our response is: "Who told you to manage Chinese people?" Superiors manage subordinates, but this touches upon the weaknesses of subordinates who dislike being managed. Even if subordinates feel their dignity is compromised, they dare not openly resist. At this point, subordinates appear obedient on the surface but secretly scheme to "annoy" their superiors to death. This is the consequence of neglecting human nature management.
"Management" consists of two characters: one is "manage" (), and the other is "reason" (). As a manager, you cannot "not manage" () nor "not reason" (), but must "manage affairs and reason with people." When superiors respect their subordinates, subordinates will be more dedicated to their work. This is the key to human nature management.
Chinese people love face (pity), and fear being looked down upon (fear). However, the best way to gain face and have others respect you (good way) lies in self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-discipline.
