Features: The 11th Academic Conference of the China Li Bai Research Association is set to conclude after five days of discussions. This conference was jointly organized by the China Li Bai Research Association, Xinjiang Normal University, and Yili Normal University. Over the course of the event, participants moved from Urumqi to Ili, examining the cultural heritage of the Tianshan grasslands, and will also visit Turpan and Tianchi, covering a total distance of 2,000 kilometers. Over 70 experts and scholars from Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Tianjin, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hubei, Hunan, Fujian, Xinjiang, as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan attended this grand gathering, submitting and presenting nearly 50 papers. At the 10th annual meeting, a summary of Li Bai research achievements over the past 17 years was presented. Building on the of the accomplishments, four areas of were identified. After two years of effort, we are pleased to see that Chinese Li Bai studies have expanded in the following aspects: the relationship between the poet and his poetry and the Tang Dynasty's political and cultural context, research on Li Bai's life and experiences, the study of the reception history of Li Bai, and the application of new methods and perspectives. The papers submitted to this conference cover a wide range of topics, with many issues explored to a considerable depth. The conference is characterized by the following four aspects:
1. The conference is highly practical, acknowledging the achievements and challenges of current Li Bai research while proposing many positive suggestions for development.
2. The team of Li Bai research experts is becoming increasingly younger.
3. We are also delighted to see that more friends from outside universities and research institutions have joined our ranks in recent years.
4. This annual meeting also elected a new board of directors and selected new members, successfully passing on academic traditions in a harmonious atmosphere.
