Features: This book is based on the newly revised "Basic Requirements for Course Teaching of Electronic Circuits (I), (II)" and "Basic Requirements for Course Teaching of Electronic Technology" approved by the State Education Commission. Building upon the fundamental theories and techniques of analog electronic circuits, it incorporates numerous new achievements in analog integrated electronics from the early 1990s. The book is divided into 9 chapters: Semiconductor Devices, Basic Amplification Circuits and Their Analysis in Analog Integrated Circuits, Frequency Characteristics of Amplification Circuits, Negative Feedback Amplification Circuits, Analog Integrated Circuits, Applications of Analog Integrated Circuits, Oscillation Circuits, DC Power Supplies, and Current-Mirror Circuits. Through the analysis of the characteristics of various semiconductor discrete devices, integrated components, and their circuits, the book elaborates on the fundamental concepts, circuits, principles, application methods, and analytical techniques of analog electronic circuits. It also introduces new power devices such as VMOSFET and IGBJT, along with their application circuits. Additionally, it covers new theories, technologies, and integrated components such as integrated switched-capacitor circuits, integrated switched-regulated circuits, and current-mirror circuits, along with their applications. The book includes a certain number of examples, thought-provoking questions, and exercises, with reference answers provided for the calculation exercises. This book can serve as a textbook for undergraduate students in electronic, communication, automatic control, computer, and power engineering programs in universities and colleges, or as a teaching reference book for corresponding associate degree programs. It can also be used as a reference for relevant engineering technicians.
