Features: To help examinees prepare more effectively, the China National Intellectual Property Administration has compiled the "National Patent Agent Examination Guide (2006)" based on the new examination syllabus. In addition to including the new examination syllabus, this guide comprehensively collects and compiles patent laws and regulations, relevant laws and regulations, international treaties, rules of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, and relevant judicial interpretations related to the syllabus. The content is complete, reducing the burden on examinees to gather relevant materials. The entire guide is divided into three parts: the examination syllabus, patent law knowledge, and relevant legal knowledge, with the latter two parts arranged according to the syllabus order. Compared to the 2004 edition of the "National Patent Agent Examination Guide," this book has removed parts of the 2004 edition that exceed the examination syllabus and laws and regulations that have been abolished, while adding laws and regulations from the newly added sections of the syllabus and recently promulgated rules by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. For example, this book includes the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues of the Specific Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases Involving Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights" and other relevant judicial interpretations; the "Examination Guide" includes amendments to the first and second issues of the "Examination Guide Bulletin" published in 2004; and it has added new rules such as the "Adjusted Fees for PCT International Search, Additional Search Fees, and New Submission Fees" and the "Measures for Compulsory Licensing of Patent Implementation Involving Public Health Issues."
