· Sports Appreciation Section. It includes principles and methods of sports appreciation, as well as introductions to the tactical characteristics, styles, major achievements, and athletes of renowned domestic and international teams. This section aims to enhance students' sports appreciation skills, motivate their enthusiasm for participating in sports, promote interpersonal communication, and enrich their leisure lives.
These four sections are organically integrated, aligning with higher education requirements while serving as textbooks for sports education majors. They emphasize the combination of in-class and out-of-class learning, highlighting self-learning, exercise, and appreciation methods.
