Features: During the process of economic and social transformation, our moral construction faces significant challenges. There are unhealthy and uncivilized phenomena in real-life society. A minority of people suffer from confused thinking and a lack of morality, where right and wrong, good and evil, and beauty and ugliness are blurred. The rise and spread of materialism, hedonism, and extreme individualism have impacted the social moral system, damaged social atmosphere, and affected the healthy development of the economy. Educating young students to firmly establish the socialist concept of honor and shame, consciously cultivating good moral qualities such as "loving the motherland, serving the people, upholding science, working diligently, fostering unity and mutual assistance, being honest and trustworthy, abiding by the law, and striving through hard work," and striving to cultivate qualified new builders of socialist construction in the new era are the mission and responsibility of educators. For this purpose, we have compiled "Socialist Honor and Shame Education for Primary School Students." Based on the content of the "Eight Honors and Eight Shames," this book is divided into 16 topics, using typical cases and exemplary figures to demonstrate and reinforce the socialist concept of honor and shame. It also extracts small, frequently occurring, and easily achievable actions from the daily lives of primary school students, guiding them to firmly establish the socialist concept of honor and shame through simple and profound moral teachings and insights. At the beginning of each topic, there is an interpretation that provides a specific explanation of the "Eight Honors and Eight Shames." Within the examples, there are thought-provoking questions to guide primary school students in making correct judgments about right and wrong. At the end of each topic, there are various activity formats, such as discussion meetings, storytelling, and social surveys, to facilitate their use by teachers and students.
