Features: The compilation of teaching materials should adhere to requirements regarding the depth and breadth of course content, based on curriculum design, teaching plans, and syllabi, to better achieve the objectives of talent cultivation. Although the publishing programs in several of our higher education institutions started relatively late and currently lack unified teaching plans and syllabi, with the discipline still in the process of gradual improvement, the compilation of teaching materials should still strive to align with the determined objectives, teaching plans, and curriculum settings of the publishing programs in higher education institutions. Efforts should be made to ensure that the materials are both scientifically sound and pedagogically effective.
This book is of academic nature. In accordance with the requirements of the "Hundred Flowers" policy, we have consciously introduced various academic viewpoints. At the same time, it is also a textbook for traditional foundational knowledge, introducing relatively stable concepts that are, to some extent, consensus-based. Based on this requirement, after presenting different viewpoints or proposals, we have elaborated on the perspectives that have achieved a certain level of consensus.
