He has published 10 monographs and textbooks, including "Television Communication," "Analysis of Television Programs," "Reflections on the Screen," "Contemporary Television Practice," "Television News Reporting," "Interpretation of Television Texts," and "Principles of Television Editing." In 2004, he was honored as one of the Top 100 Broadcast and Television Theoretical Workers in China.
