Features: "International politics" is relative to "domestic politics," but it has multiple meanings in understanding: One refers to the politics among nations, called "Politics among nations" in English, usually referring to the politics between governments representing different ethnic groups, such as diplomacy, international trade, power balance, and mutual declarations of war. The classic of international politics, Professor Morgenthau's Politics Among Nations: The Struggle for Power and Peace, discusses this very thing. Another refers to the politics that exists in the international community and acts upon this special society of various countries, called "international politics" in English. The main difference between the two is that the participants of the latter are more numerous: not only include nations, ethnic groups, and governments, but also numerous non-state actors, such as international organizations, multinational corporations, feminist movements, ecological movements, and transnational groups and forces like terrorism; another important difference is that its focus is not at the national (government) level but at the level of the world community (international society). The latter is the broader sense of international politics (also called "world politics").
