Not married, how to treat candidiasis of the vagina?

Patient's question:

I am unmarried and have not had sexual activity. I have been delaying the check-up due to unsuccessful tests, and now I have been diagnosed with candidiasis vaginitis with three plus signs. The doctor prescribed Tinidazole and Fluconazole for intravaginal drops, with a 5-day course. I want to ask if this method is effective and if there are other alternatives.
First follow-up question: I am 27 years old now. Will this condition affect future sexual life and fertility?

Doctor's answer:

Unmarried women and those unwilling to use local medication can opt for oral drugs. Common medications: Fluconazole 150mg, taken as a single dose; alternatively, Itraconazole 200mg can be taken once daily for 3-5 days; or a one-day regimen of 400mg orally, divided into two doses. Additionally, you can try intravenous treatment (Tinidazole combined with Thymalfasin) as part of standard therapy, or combine it with suppositories. After the first treatment cycle, you must repeat the same treatment for three days starting from the first day of your next menstrual period, doing this three times in total. In terms of diet, you can adjust the imbalance of gut flora by drinking a cup of yogurt daily, though this process is relatively slow and requires persistence.
