Features: This book selects the most common combination for developing web applications—ASP+Access—and provides a detailed introduction to ASP development for database applications. It focuses on classic problem-solving methods while gradually introducing advanced development techniques with some difficulty. The book mainly covers the following knowledge points: how to build the runtime and development environment for ASP, how to use VBS to write ASP applications, how to use ASP built-in objects, how to use Access databases, how to use ADO to access databases, and how to develop actual medium-sized ASP applications. The examples in this book are carefully selected, and all the code can be obtained from the accompanying CD-ROM. These codes will guide you into the realm of ASP development in the most intuitive way. This book is highly suitable for readers with no development experience, as well as those with some ASP development skills who wish to develop medium-sized web applications.
