Features: From November 5 to 6, 2005, the National People's Congress Environmental and Resource Protection Committee, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State Environmental Protection Administration co-organized the Second Annual Meeting of the China Circular Economy Development Forum in Xiamen, Fujian.
