Can pregnancy be tested with vinegar to determine the gender?

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried it might affect fertility, and I also feel extremely cold and afraid of the cold. Can pregnancy be determined by using vinegar to predict the gender?

Doctor's answer:

The gender of the child is determined at the time of fertilization. Whether it is a boy or a girl is mainly determined by the sperm. Sperm are divided into X sperm and Y sperm. When X sperm combine with an egg, it results in a girl, and when Y sperm combine with an egg, it results in a boy. Methods to determine the gender of the fetus include: blood DNA testing as early as week seven of pregnancy, or ultrasound examination after four months of pregnancy, and amniotic fluid testing.
