Features: "A Textbook of Financial Theory" is a teaching material compiled for the graduate course "Financial Theory and Practice." It is revised based on the original textbook "Research on the Development of Chinese Financial Theory." The "Financial Theory and Practice" course is designed to enable graduate students to systematically master financial theoretical knowledge and grasp the interactive relationship between theory and practice. However, due to financial practice, especially, it is difficult to reflect timely and accurately in the textbook. In light of this, to ensure the stability of the textbook, we deleted the content related to China's financial practice in the revision of this textbook and supplemented the theoretical part, adding content on financial markets, financial development, and financial innovation, which is more conducive to systematic theoretical teaching. Regarding financial practice, teachers can adapt to new dynamics based on the needs of theoretical teaching.
