Features: Reading, thinking & using (Read, think & use) is a new research achievement in the international field of education today and has been highly valued by domestic education and research experts. It is bound to bring a revolution in secondary school teaching methods. "Reading" means transforming hard study into smart learning, integrating and comprehending textbook knowledge; "Thinking" means enabling students to grasp the patterns of knowledge learned and cultivate their thinking abilities; "Using" means equipping students with comprehensive ability and skills to take exams under the current examination system. The quality of teaching does not solely depend on teachers, textbooks, or teaching methods. These three aspects are merely external factors for improving teaching quality, while students' desire for knowledge and initiative are internal factors. Currently, many students learn passively. Their learning methods are simple, backward, and quite individualistic and blind. For example, previewing before class is an important step and directly affects the quality of the 45-minute class. However, due to their poor independent learning ability, students currently only understand previewing as reading through the textbook. They rarely think about questions such as: What important knowledge points does the textbook convey? How to grasp the key and difficult points in the textbook? How to effectively overcome these key and difficult points? How to use existing knowledge to form unique problem-solving skills and thinking approaches? Since students do not think sufficiently before class, they naturally become passive during the lesson, inevitably leading to being led around by the teacher and being "spoon-fed" in class, while losing valuable opportunities for participation and discussion. "Read, think & use" starts from the perspective of learning, providing students with opportunities for thinking and practice, and helping them develop good learning methods, information collection and processing skills, the ability to acquire new knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and language and expression abilities. Specifically, the "Chapter" section of this book includes:
[Preview Self-Construction]: Summarizes the knowledge system, content background, ability requirements, and learning objectives of the chapter for students to preview before class, enabling them to go into the lesson with a clear understanding and purpose.
[Chapter Knowledge Integration]: Organizes and summarizes the key knowledge points and ability points in the chapter according to the curriculum progress, helping readers fully integrate the knowledge learned.
[Unit Topic Summarization]: Summarizes, refines, and extracts the key knowledge points and ability points in the chapter according to the unit format, facilitating systematic review of the learned knowledge.
[Key Issue Summary]: Highlights important issues in the chapter for concise explanations and solution hints, readers' ability to apply knowledge to similar problems.
[Pattern and Method Guidance]: Explains the problem-solving patterns and methods involved in the chapter, enhancing readers' adaptability during exams.
[Experimental Ability Tips]: In recent years, the proportion of experimental ability assessment in middle school exams has gradually increased. This section provides detailed summaries and guidance on experiments in the chapter.
[Middle School Exam Question Exploration]: Summarizes and explains the key points and past true questions related to the chapter in middle school exams, giving readers a forward-looking understanding of the exam's trends and patterns during synchronous learning.
[Unit Comprehensive Test]: Simulates "real combat" exercises to improve overall mastery of subject knowledge points, knowledge systems, and patterns, as well as the flexible application of knowledge in subjects.
[Olympiad Fun Exercises]: Provides opportunities for self-taught, high-achieving students and top students to encounter various competition and olympiad questions in daily practice, though the section is not very extensive.
[Extracurricular Interest Reading]: To promote quality education and cultivate students' interest in the subject, this section offers students a broad space for extracurricular reading and reflection.
[Innovative Research Learning]: Based on students' exploratory learning, selects and determines research topics from life through personal practice to gain direct experience, thereby cultivating students' innovative abilities and practical problem-solving skills.
[Reference Answer Tips]: Provides detailed answers to all intensive assessment questions and unit test questions, as well as hints or analyses for easily mistaken, difficult, or novel questions.
