How can inverted nipples, which are not directly visible, be corrected?

Patient's question:

The nipple is inverted and directly invisible. Is it effective to use a nipple corrector? I'm afraid it won't work well with a syringe, or with the round one, because I'm worried the suction hole is too large and it won't suck out.

Doctor's answer:

Nipple inversion refers to a condition where the nipple does not protrude above the breast skin and does not protrude even when pulled. First, you can manually pull the inverted nipple out of the breast and hold it in place for a period of time. If this method is not effective, you can try the syringe suction method.
Prepare a 10-mL plastic syringe, remove the outer casing from the front end of the syringe; withdraw the needle core, turn the syringe upside down, and align the open end of the outer casing with the inverted nipple. Then, insert the needle core through the cut end of the syringe, gently suction using the negative pressure of the syringe to pull out the inverted nipple and hold it in place for 5-6 minutes. Repeat 1-2 times daily.
