Hello, the anomaly scan is usually performed around the 26th week. At this stage, the fetal organs have already developed, making it more accurate. For women with regular menstrual cycles, the day of ovulation is 14 days before the next menstrual period. The 5 days before ovulation and the 4 days after, including ovulation day itself, make up a 10-day fertile window. Sexual intercourse during this period increases the chances of conception. However, it is not absolutely safe outside the fertile window, so having intercourse the day before ovulation can still lead to pregnancy.
