Features: This book consists of 47 cases, divided into four parts: Part I includes 14 cases for financial management teaching; Part II includes 15 cases for accounting teaching; Part III includes 6 cases for auditing teaching; Part IV includes 12 cases for comprehensive financial and accounting teaching. The writing methods of the cases in this book can be roughly classified into the following categories: (1) Written based on extensive research, such as the financing case of Dongfang Motor Company; (2) Rewritten based on articles, announcements, etc., from domestic newspapers and magazines, such as the financial analysis case of Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. and the shell listing case of Lanling Company; (3) Written based on foreign-related materials, such as the dividend distribution case of Bend Co., Ltd. This series of books requires a certain number of foreign cases. Considering that China's financial and accounting teaching is gradually aligning with international standards, we believe that appropriately selecting foreign teaching cases is also necessary. Therefore, we have written some cases based on foreign-related materials.
