Features: As a clinical manual for pediatricians, this book is primarily aimed at a broad readership of pediatric residents and physicians working in grassroots settings. Therefore, during the writing process, we focused on clinical practice as the main thread, emphasizing common and frequently occurring diseases encountered in pediatric clinical work as the key content. We highlight the diagnostic and treatment insights accumulated by the authors through years of clinical practice. By summarizing experiences and lessons, we aim to help young clinicians master relevant knowledge and skills more quickly and effectively. We hope to provide them with fundamental and practical guidance in clinical work, emphasizing "practicality, applicability, and commonality." Therefore, in this book, some concepts and procedures that are easily overlooked, likely to cause errors or misunderstandings for young physicians, are presented with "cautions." Additionally, emergency situations and initial management are also elaborated on in the "Pre-hospital Emergency Care" section.
