How to treat infertility

Patient's question:

Patient: Female, 33 years old, previously in good health.
Condition:
1. In the past, I had a good relationship with my mother-in-law, and the whole family lived quite happily. However, as time went by, my mother-in-law increasingly hoped that I could give birth to a child for her family.
2. Since my husband is an only child, I feel immense pressure. Every time I see my mother-in-law's longing gaze for grandchildren, I feel very sad.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, infertility refers to couples living together for two years or more with normal sexual life, without contraception for two years and still unable to conceive. There are many causes of infertility. For women, these include ovulation disorders, fallopian tube factors, uterine factors, cervical factors, vaginal and perineal factors. For men, these include abnormal semen, sexual dysfunction, immune factors, and excessive mental tension caused by strong desires for children.
