Features: According to the requirements of the Ministry of Health and the Chinese Medical Association, the Tuberculosis Branch of the Chinese Medical Association organized the writing of the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines·Tuberculosis Subvolume." It focuses on introducing antitubercular drug varieties and formulations, the basic principles of tuberculosis chemotherapy, the targets of tuberculosis chemotherapy, tuberculosis chemotherapy regimens, drug dosages, usage, main adverse reactions, and handling principles. It also covers immunotherapy for tuberculosis, surgical treatment for respiratory tuberculosis, and the diagnosis and treatment of common acute and severe conditions of pulmonary tuberculosis, and briefly proposes key measures for tuberculosis prevention. This guideline can be used by clinical and prevention personnel in tuberculosis specialty institutions as well as professionals in general hospitals.
