Headache and vomiting, is it pregnancy?

Patient's question:

Please ask:
Recently, I've been experiencing occasional headaches and vomiting. My period hasn't come for two months, and I've taken pregnancy tests which were negative! But I still feel uneasy. Is morning sickness a sign of pregnancy? I've also been feeling restless and have taken two pregnancy tests.

Doctor's answer:

In the early stages of pregnancy, hormonal changes in the body can cause symptoms such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue. Rest appropriately and avoid strenuous activities.
Eat a light diet and avoid spicy or irritating foods. You may eat small, frequent meals, and consume food after vomiting. Regular check-ups are recommended. If the baby is doing well, there is no need to worry. Avoid sexual activity during the first and last three months of pregnancy to prevent miscarriage or premature birth.
Currently, you should focus on a light diet, small, frequent meals, eating more vegetables and fruits, and getting adequate rest.
