Hello:1) Take 25 mg of mifepristone orally on an empty stomach or 2 hours after a meal, twice daily, for 3 consecutive days. Do not eat for 2 hours after each dose. On the 4th day, the doctor will place one (1 mg) carboprost (PG05) into the posterior fornix of the vagina, and rest in bed for 2 hours; or take 0.6 mg of misoprostol orally, and be observed in the hospital or outpatient clinic for 6 hours.

On the 3rd or 4th morning, the doctor will place one (1 mg) carboprost (PG05) into the posterior fornix of the vagina, and rest in bed for 2 hours; or take 0.6 mg of misoprostol, and be observed in the hospital or outpatient clinic for 6 hours.
