Judicial interpretations play a special role in China's judicial practice and legal research, and retrieving them has become part of the daily work of relevant personnel. To meet the needs of judicial officers and others, our press has specially invited colleagues from the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate to compile and review this book. All the judicial interpretations included in this book are currently effective, with the collection cut-off date being December 2005.
The book is organized into five major categories based on the content of the documents: "Criminal Law," "Criminal Procedure Law," "Civil Law," "Civil Procedure Law," and "Administrative Procedure Law and State Compensation." Within each major category, the content is further classified and arranged in chronological order from older to newer.
The accompanying CD-ROM includes all the judicial interpretations in the book, providing readers with convenient access for retrieval and use.
