What should I do if infertility tests reveal no problems?

Patient's question:

[Condition Description: I started not taking any contraceptive measures since October 2008 and have not been pregnant to this day. I have been checked at Chengdu Maternal and Child Health Hospital, but no results were found.
History of Treatment and Effect: Hysterosalpingography was performed, showing that the fallopian tubes are unobstructed. Ovulation monitoring revealed normal follicular development and normal ovulation. Endocrine tests were also normal. There is a uterine fibroid, approximately 3.0x2.7 cm in size. Male semen analysis was normal.
What Help Do You Want: Should I undergo any further tests? If I have a hysteroscopy, could it lead to uterine adhesions?]

Doctor's answer:

Infertility Examination:
1. The first day of the cycle is the day of menstruation. The examination of the female's basic reproductive endocrine levels is conducted on days 3-5 of the cycle.
2. Blood must be drawn in the morning to measure the levels of FSH, LH, E2, PRL, T, etc.
3. A tubal iodine oil contrast examination must be performed 3-7 days after the menstrual bleeding has stopped.
4. Ovulation monitoring under ultrasound should be conducted on days 11-16 of the cycle.
5. Around the time of ovulation, cervical mucus tests should be performed, including sperm antibody tests and post-coital tests.
6. Blood should be drawn about 7 days after ovulation to check progesterone levels. If necessary, laparoscopy can be scheduled during this period.
7. Subsequently, an endometrial biopsy should be performed 1-2 days before the next menstrual period.
8. The male's semen analysis can be conducted at any convenient time, with the requirement that there should be no ejaculation for 2-7 days before the examination.
