Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-06-01
Features: It is evident that "finance and law" is not a highly standardized concept, but we use this term with the same intention as using "finance and law studies." We hope to use this banner to present this "legal review" to the readers, not only to incorporate various achievements from both academia and practice but also to break down the seemingly insurmountable barriers between disciplines. The editorial philosophy aims to demonstrate the intersection and complementarity of economics and law, as well as the integration of theoretical research and practical operations.
The Finance and Law Review is sponsored by the School of Law at the Central University of Finance and Economics and the Institute of Finance and Law at the Central University of Finance and Economics. Edited by Gan Gongren and Li Xuan, it is published by the Law Press. This journal is published annually in 1 to 2 volumes, aiming to strengthen research on fiscal and financial law theory and practice in China, promote the healthy development of China's financial and economic management system, and provide another platform for finance and law experts, financial and economic managers, and practitioners in the field to express opinions, exchange ideas, and discuss hot topics.
