Features: Since the editing and publication of the "Common Legal Handbook Series" began in 2000, nearly 30 legal handbooks applicable to different fields have been published, covering almost all aspects of people's lives. Recently, with the accelerating legislative process in China, the number of revised and abolished laws and regulations in various legal handbooks has gradually increased. Therefore, we have selected those most closely related to people's lives and revised them, releasing the 2005 new edition this year. We have deleted the abolished documents in each handbook and replaced the revised regulations with new documents, while also supplementing newly enacted regulations. To increase the content of each book, the 2005 edition has changed from a special large format to a large 32nd format and adopted a double-column layout, allowing readers to obtain more regulatory information at the same cost. To distinguish it from the old version, we have redesigned the cover of the entire series. To make the series more user-friendly, we have reorganized the classification of the handbooks. In summary, during this revision process, we strive to maintain the series' features of accurate content, strong practicality, and ease of use, while giving more consideration to readers' needs in terms of scope and arrangement. We aim to be precise and targeted, making this handbook series a leading choice among similar regulatory books. This book collects over 200 regulatory documents related to the food safety field, specifically covering seven aspects: food supervision and management, food additives, food packaging, classified food hygiene, drinking water safety, school food safety, and health quarantine. It is arranged into more than 10 categories of different foods, such as grain and oil foods, health foods, meat and poultry foods, genetically modified foods, and dairy products, ensuring that the book is both comprehensive and scientifically and specifically targeted. This book is a legal reference tool for food industry professionals in their daily work and for the general public in resolving food safety disputes.
