Smetana (Rovoltos Musician Biographies Series)

Author: (German) Honolka
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-04-01
Features: The individual volumes of this series are continuously updated. Another feature is the combination of text content and rich images and documents mentioned earlier. Each volume of the series includes a complete catalog of the composer's musical works, which serves as an important reference for music enthusiasts and researchers. The publications and important bibliographies on composers at the back of the books are generally well-regarded in the history of research and are also the newest. The series also includes evaluations or prophetic excerpts from important thinkers, music critics, and fellow composers of the same or later generations of the biographical subject. These comments often represent various viewpoints from different eras, but overall, they are objective, with some being particularly insightful. These comments from different eras and perspectives can broaden readers' horizons and help promote their thinking and understanding of the composers.
