Can a completely retroverted uterus normally get pregnant

Patient's question:

I have a completely septate uterus. Can I get pregnant normally? If not, can surgery be used to treat it? What are the chances of successfully getting pregnant after treatment? Thank you.
I am 26 years old. The result of my ultrasound at the hospital was "completely septate uterus." The doctor told me it might lead to infertility,... I am very worried. I want to have a child.
First follow-up question: I would like to add a bit more about my situation: my test results also show double cervix and double vagina. Will surgery be difficult in this case? Will the vagina also need to be operated on?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Uterine septum accounts for about 80% of uterine malformations and is the most common uterine malformation causing natural miscarriage and preterm birth. The septum causes miscarriage mainly due to ischemia in the septal area and poor endometrial development, leading to insufficient blood supply after fertilization and affecting the normal development of the fetus. In recent years, hysteroscopy has played a special role in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine septum. It not only facilitates easy diagnosis but also allows for septal resection under the hysteroscope, significantly reducing the miscarriage rate. The uterine septum occurs during embryonic development when the absorption of the septum is obstructed at some point in the evolution of the bilateral paramesonephric ducts, preventing complete absorption and dividing the uterine body into two halves while keeping the lower segment (connected). The external appearance of the uterus is completely normal, and the cervix and vagina are normal. Sometimes, the septum extends into the vagina, forming a vaginal septum. Clinically, uterine septum often shows no symptoms and is difficult to diagnose. It is usually discovered only after experiencing infertility or habitual miscarriage. Uterine septum is a type of uterine malformation, and there are many methods for diagnosing it, such as pelvic examination, hysterosalpingography, abdominal or vaginal ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT, etc. However, most of these methods rarely confirm the presence of a uterine septum. Hysteroscopy is a specific method for diagnosing uterine septum. Uterine septum is a common cause of infertility or habitual miscarriage. It has been reported that 40% of cases lead to infertility, and 35% have at least two or more miscarriages before being diagnosed. The traditional surgical method for treating uterine septum involves laparotomy to cut into the uterine wall and remove the septum along with part of the uterine wall. This method causes significant trauma, requires a long recovery period, and patients must use contraception for 3-4 years before becoming pregnant. Delivery must be performed via cesarean section, and
