Later, he joined the Slime Economic Research Institute's Conversation Style Research Institute and became one of its graduates. In 1992, he officially became an employee of the institute and held positions such as lecturer, director of the guidance bureau, and department head of business development. He has successfully conducted interpersonal communication training and lectures for over 200 companies and organizations, including Toshiba. His training targets various levels of individuals, such as new employees, management personnel, and sales staff. His teaching is highly praised for being "very practical and effective," especially his guidance on public speaking, which is praised for being simple and easy to understand.
