What are there any TCM recipes that can treat dysmenorrhea

Patient's question:

Detailed medical history and consultation purpose: I have a history of dysmenorrhea for over a year. At first, it was only painful on the second day when the flow was the heaviest, but it has now developed into continuous pain for three days. The condition is quite severe, and I am currently relying on over-the-counter pain relievers.
Could you please recommend any Chinese herbal formulas for treating dysmenorrhea, as well as any good suggestions?

For this, you should choose medicines that have the effects of warming the meridians, dispelling cold, nourishing blood, and relieving pain, such as "Yikun Pill," 1 pill each time, taken twice daily with warm water; or "Nüjin Dan," 1 pill each time, taken twice daily with warm water; or "Aifu Nuangong Pill," 1–2 pills each time, taken twice daily with warm water.
Qi and blood deficiency, with lower abdominal dull pain during menstruation or during the period, preference for massage and pressure, reduced menstrual flow with pale and thin quality, accompanied by fatigue, pale yellow complexion, poor appetite, and loose stools.
