After taking medication for medication, what anti-inflammatory drugs should you eat?

Patient's question:

I found out I was pregnant on the 23rd when I went to the hospital, but I also discovered I had cervical inflammation. After taking medication, I went back to the hospital on the 30th for a check-up, and it was still found that I had cervical erosion, but the test results were normal. Could you please ask the doctor if my cervical inflammation has completely healed, or if it's just being controlled? Additionally, I have an appointment on the 6th to undergo medication-induced abortion, but the doctor didn't prescribe any medication—perhaps because it was close to closing time and the doctor was in a hurry. Could you please advise what kind of anti-inflammatory medication I should take after the abortion? Thank you!

Doctor's answer:

Hello: For cervical erosion, it is only temporarily controlled. After medication abortion, you should not take anti-inflammatory drugs at will but under the advice of a doctor.
After an abortion, due to the body being relatively weak, bacteria can easily invade the vagina, uterus, and other areas through the blood, causing gynecological inflammation. Therefore, it is common to take some anti-inflammatory drugs after an abortion to prevent infection, usually cephalosporin-based anti-inflammatory drugs. As for herbs like motherwort that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, if you have taken a box and the vaginal bleeding is not heavy or has stopped, you may not need to continue taking them.
