Am I suffering from a gynecological disease?

Patient's question:

My ultrasound report states:
Findings:
The uterus is anteverted. The cross-sectional size is 5.85.34.5 cm, with normal morphology. The muscle echoes are homogeneous. The endometrium is centrally located, measuring 1.4 cm. No significant abnormalities were observed in the bilateral adnexa.
Ultrasound suggestions:
1. The endometrium is slightly thickened.
2. No significant abnormalities were found in the bilateral adnexa.
What does this mean? Do I have a health problem?
What does "bilateral adnexa" mean? I started having sex in March of this year and have only one sexual partner! The first time, I didn’t have any bleeding.

Doctor's answer:

Ultrasound shows no significant abnormalities; excessive leukorrhea may be related to other gynecological inflammation. Please urgently determine and treat accordingly.
It is recommended to regulate your condition through the following methods:
Relax your mind and don’t develop a sense of difficulty about these days. Perhaps if you don’t deliberately think about it, it won’t bother you.
Maintain an optimistic and confident attitude, which can help you cope with or even prevent some uncomfortable symptoms.
Eat less sweet food, as it can cause mood instability and anxiety. Instead, try to reduce or avoid sweet food and drink more water, while eating more fresh fruits.
