Is it inflammation if all urine tests are negative?

Patient's question:

Female, 45, urine test results were all "_", microscopic examination showed white blood cells 0—1/HP. White blood cells were "—", and I don't know if it indicates inflammation with white blood cells 0—1/HP.

Doctor's answer:

These are all normal. The several items you mentioned may be abnormal when positive, but they are normal when negative. If there is urobilinogen, there should be some urobilinogen in the urine, but if it is detected as negative, it means there is a small amount, not none. So even if everything, including urobilinogen, is negative, it is still fine. If a urine routine test is performed due to some abnormal symptoms, it is recommended to supplement the symptoms for better judgment on whether to check other items.
