At the end of the book, there are appendices such as the "Law of Bidding and Tending of the People's Republic of China" and the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China." This book is intended as a textbook for undergraduate majors in engineering management and other related fields, as well as a reference book for postgraduate teaching in engineering management. It also provides some reference value for managers and engineering technicians engaged in construction project management, survey and design, construction, procurement of construction materials and equipment, engineering supervision, project cost estimation, real estate development and operation, property management, and other fields.
