Judicial interpretations play a special role in China's judicial practice and legal research, and retrieving them has become part of the daily work for relevant personnel. To meet the needs of judicial officers and others, our press has specially invited colleagues from the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate to compile and review this book. All the judicial interpretations included in this book are currently effective, with the time ending in December 2005.
The book is divided into five major categories based on the content of the documents: "Criminal Law," "Criminal Procedure Law," "Civil Law," "Civil Procedure Law," and "Administrative Procedure Law and State Compensation." Within each major category, the documents are further classified and arranged in chronological order from old to new.
The accompanying CD-ROM includes all the judicial interpretations in the book, making it convenient for readers to retrieve and use them.
