Features: The research content of criminology is vast and extensive, and criminal criminology cannot encompass everything. When determining the scope of research, we focus on studying the trends, harms, causes, and countermeasures of criminal offenses in our country, while also introducing theories and practices from abroad regarding the causes and prevention of criminal offenses, aiming to highlight the practical value in governing criminal offenses in China. Structurally, the book is divided into two parts: General Theory and Specific Analysis. The General Theory consists of three chapters, primarily introducing the concept, research objects, research methods, research tasks of criminal criminology, as well as its relationship with related disciplines; knowledge related to criminal crime statistics; the trends, characteristics, causes, conditions, and governance of criminal offenses in China since the founding of the country. The Specific Analysis consists of sixteen chapters. In addition to introducing relevant regulations on crimes from Western countries, the former Soviet Union, and China's criminal law, it selects certain types of crimes stipulated in China's criminal law and conducts classified research and discussion on the trends, harms, causes, and countermeasures of these crimes, striving to propose targeted countermeasures for governing these types of crimes and providing practical help for China's crime governance. During the writing process, we strive for depth and novelty, aiming to further deepen existing research findings and present original perspectives. The materials, data, and examples cited should be up-to-date, avoiding clichés.
