Can fallopian tube blockage recur?

Patient's question:

Will the fallopian tubes still be blocked after being cleared? Before trying to get pregnant, I had a gynecological examination, and the result showed blocked fallopian tubes. After undergoing fallopian tube clearance surgery, it has been 3 months, but I have not been able to conceive yet. I am worried that the fallopian tubes may become blocked again.

Doctor's answer:

The fallopian tubes must not only be normally unobstructed but more importantly, they need to restore their normal peristaltic function. Based on your description, currently in clinical practice, advanced surgical methods such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and combined hysteroscopic-laparoscopic treatment are adopted. These treatments show rapid effects. A three-pronged approach combining medication, physical therapy, and other treatments yields very ideal results for restoring fallopian tube function. It is recommended that you seek treatment at a regular hospital's infertility and infertility department.
