Features: In China, we have found that scholars with differing academic views often cannot become friends (if not enemies, it is rare), and journals edited by specific scholars often carry a rather obvious "circle" color. On the contrary, Cultural Studies reached a consensus among its several editors during its early stages: we will adhere to the principle that academic is a public utility, adopt an inclusive and open attitude towards articles of various views and styles, and we are not prepared to make it a series with a clear circle tendency.
